Why we exist
Renting in the township market is often informal. Tenants worry about scams and unclear deposits, and landlords chase rent and struggle to find reliable tenants. We built Property Square to make both sides simpler and safer.
What we do
For landlords
We find and screen tenants, collect rent, handle written leases and deposits, and coordinate maintenance.
For tenants
We list homes with clear prices and details, put everything in a written lease, and handle the deposit the legal way.
For buyers and sellers
We list homes for sale and guide you through viewing, offer and transfer.
How we work
- Every property is reviewed before it is listed, and nothing is published automatically.
- Listings show what we have checked ourselves and what the landlord has told us.
- Sellers and landlords complete a property condition disclosure before we market a home, so you know what you are getting.
- We do a move-in inspection together with the tenant, which helps avoid deposit disputes.
